1. Core Principles

EtherealAI is built on the foundation of creative freedom, allowing mature (18+) users to explore diverse AI-driven narratives. However, this freedom operates strictly within the confines of the law. We enforce a Zero-Tolerance Policy against universally prohibited content.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content

You may not generate, share, or create entities that promote or involve:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Depictions or suggestions of sexual acts involving minors or non-aging fictional characters resembling minors. Reports will result in immediate termination and enforcement agency notification.
• Non-Consensual Material: Simulated abuse or violence against real, identifiable people without their explicit consent.
• Real-World Harm: Promotion of terrorism, domestic extremism, or instructions on creating illegal weaponry.
• Doxxing: Sharing private, identifiable information of real people.

3. NSFW & Mature Content

We believe in user autonomy. Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content is permitted provided it remains entirely within private, consensual interactions featuring fictional adult characters. Publicly listed or "Featured" entities must remain largely SFW in their default greeting and avatar.

4. Content Moderation & Removal

If you encounter an entity or user violating these guidelines, please utilize the automated reporting tool or email our moderation team. Content found in violation will be scrubbed from our databases without prior warning.

5. Mental Health & Suicide Prevention

If the AI detects imminent self-harm ideation, it may automatically intercept the conversation to direct you to these resources.
