• Chat Telemetry: Anonymized dialogue logs between you and the AI entities.
• Entity Definitions: Data you input to create and customize new characters (e.g., personality traits, prompts).
• Technical Data: IP addresses and browser configurations for security and abuse prevention.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data strictly to provide and improve the EtherealAI platform.

• To operate the AI inference endpoints and ensure low-latency responses.
• To moderate and scan for illegal activities (e.g., CSAM filters).
• AI Training: We may anonymize your chat data (stripping all personally identifiable information) to fine-tune our models or improve the platform's conversational abilities. You may opt-out of training explicitly via your account settings.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your chat history for as long as your account is active so you can resume your connections. You can request full account deletion at any time by contacting our support channels. Upon deletion, your personal data and chat sessions will be permanently purged from our active databases within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share necessary data with trusted infrastructure providers (such as Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, and integrated API networks) exclusively to keep the servers online.
