1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EtherealAI ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, do not use the Platform.
EtherealAI is an artificial intelligence platform strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Age Requirement & Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to access and use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and suspend accounts suspected of belonging to minors.
3. User-Generated Content & AI Outputs
Our platform allows you to create and interact with AI entities. You understand that the AI is generative and may produce outputs that are unpredictable, fictitious, or potentially offensive. EtherealAI assumes no liability for the content generated by the AI.
- You retain full ownership of the prompts and entity definitions you explicitly create.
- You grant EtherealAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content to operate the service.
- You agree not to use the platform to generate or distribute illegal content (see our Community Guidelines).
4. Refund Policy
Due to the immense and irreversible computing hardware costs associated with running large language models, all purchases, server time, subscriptions, and API credits are strictly non-refundable.
We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. If you experience severe technical disruptions, please contact Support, and we may, at our sole discretion, issue internal credit compensation to your specific account.
5. DMCA & Copyright Compliance
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe an entity on our platform infringes upon your copyright, please submit a formal DMCA takedown request to our legal division via the Contact Support page. Repeat infringers will be permanently banned.
6. Platform Limitations & Liability Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Under no circumstances shall EtherealAI, its developers, or its proxy affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform or its AI features.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or is otherwise harmful to the ecosystem, other users, or our business interests.
